Saarikylä Nature trail (2.9 km) is a circular marked nature trail with many information signs telling about geology, former and present sources of livelihood, e.g. tar burning, drawing iron ore from the bottom of a lake, water mills, meadow barns and soap stone industry. The cliff Isokallio, a stony guestbook, is a speciality of the village.
